These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://www.reflectivesoul.co.in (the "Site") and the purchase of our products. By accessing our Site or purchasing our custom fashion and smart casual wear, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Custom Orders & Measurements Since REFLECTIVE SOUL specializes in custom fashion designing, many of our products are made to your specific measurements.

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate body measurements. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by you.

  • Variations: Due to the manual nature of custom tailoring, slight variations in sizing (typically within 0.5 - 1 inch) may occur. This is an industry standard and is not considered a defect.

3. Products and Colors We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our high-quality fabrics as accurately as possible. However:

  • Screen Display: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Design Changes: We reserve the right to discontinue any product or fabric at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in [Currency, e.g., Indian Rupees (INR)].

  • Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes: Prices [include/exclude] applicable taxes (GST), which will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Custom Orders: You may cancel a custom order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, fabric cutting and production may have begun, and cancellations may not be accepted or may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Ready-to-Wear: Standard orders can be canceled before the item has been shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom-designed clothing, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic and videographic evidence. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

  • Alterations: In some cases, if a fit issue arises, we may offer an alteration service. Alteration will be provided by us completely free of cost but Customers are responsible for shipping costs and shipment handling for alterations.

7. Intellectual Property All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and clothing designs, is the property of REFLECTIVE SOUL and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any of our designs without express written permission.

8. User Conduct You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

9. Limitation of Liability REFLECTIVE SOUL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or services.
