1. Processing & Making Time
Because our products are often custom-made or tailored to your specific requirements, we require time to craft your garment before it is shipped.

Ready-to-Wear Items: Dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Please allow [e.g., 7-10] business days for production. This time is dedicated to cutting, stitching, and quality-checking your garment to ensure premium quality.
Note: Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
